Liz worked in advertising and marketing for many years before going back to print production, which she loves. She currently produces printing for Columbia University. You can find her on campus most days. In her free time Liz enjoys reading, knitting and drawing. At one time, Liz considered acting as career and attended the Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute. She is excited to be part of MRTC.

JO Welch is a Latinx entrepreneur. 1st gen daughter of Colombian parents. Passionate, direct, creative, JO is ready to get to work. As leader of the business and operations for MRTC, JO brings her many years of experience and her passion for organization and planning to the team. Once cautioned not to be a "JO of all trades, (read:master of none)", JO received those words as a challenge and continues to build deeper understanding, connections, and communities within her intersectional life.
